Why would we give good deals away?
For the last few years, I was chasing the goal of doing 50 property projects at once. On paper, it looked great. I was asset rich as hell.
In reality, it wasn't much of a life.
Everything depended on me. Every day became another problem to solve. Nearly every dollar we made went straight into the next project and, despite owning a heap of property, one delayed settlement meant another panic attack at two weeks of no sleep.
Eventually I realised I'd built exactly the opposite of what I wanted.
So I changed the model. These days, I want to buy around ten great projects a year. That's enough to make good money while still having the freedom to actually enjoy it.
I wouldn't be where I am today if I didn't have help from amazing mentors. There's so much slop online from people who haven't even done the deals. I'd love to offer some actual help as well.
The funny thing is, the deals didn't stop coming. If anything, we see more now than we did before.
That's why The Do Up Club exists. We take the projects we want. The rest go here — complete with the numbers we've run on them — for somebody else to have a crack at.

- Yes. There's no subscription or membership fee.
- Why don't you buy every deal yourselves?
- We deliberately limit how many projects we own at once. The whole reason this club exists is because our deal flow is greater than the number of projects we want to personally take on.
- Are these guaranteed to make money?
- No. They're opportunities, not guarantees. We'll show you how we looked at the numbers, but you must do your own due diligence and obtain your own professional advice.
- Do I have to buy anything?
- No. Ever. Look at the deal, run the numbers and pass if it isn't for you.
- How do you make money?
- Where a specific opportunity carries a fee or other commercial arrangement, we'll disclose it clearly before you proceed. Joining the club itself is free.
- Can I use the calculator without joining?
- Yes.
- Can you help with fitout materials?
